When Is Encouragement Necessary
6th September 2009 by admin No CommentsDifferent things and circumstances result to the need for inspirational encouragement quotes. The truth is that as much as there are great moments in life there are also some sad times that we can not just pretend don’t exist. If you are not sure about what to say on what occasion importantly in terms of biblical encouragement then take a few minutes to go through this brief but helpful article.
Someone dealing with the death of a loved one
A person who has just lost a loved one needs to be encouraged and supported. They need to be told everything is okay and the person who has died will live forever in their memories. Do not over do it. It is important to say the right things all the time or else you will exacerbate the situation.
Let me emphasize and say that when you are trying to encourage someone who is grieving, you need to be skilful and very sensitive.
Someone starting a new job
It can get very stressful to move in to a new workplace especially if it is not what you have done before. So if you know someone who is just starting a new job then you have a candidate to help out. If the friend enjoys a good laugh, you can just send through some encouragement poems and poetry sayings about the first day at work.
Someone in a new country
Being in a different country can be so intimidating especially if you can not understand the local language. You may start asking yourself what you are doing there anyway and missing home is inevitable. In fact a friend of mine fell into a major depression 2 weeks after moving into a new country. It took two months to get that person out of the “slump” .
Other people who need to be encouraged from time to time include, married couples, someone who is sick and probably in hospital and people locked up in prison. As you enjoy the wonderful things in your life do not forget that there is a person who needs to hear you say, it’s going to be okay.
